His favorite verse is 1 John 5:3-5.  Loving God means keeping his commandments, and his commandments are not burdensome. "For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. And who can win this battle against the world? Only those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God."

He loves being in the mountains. But when it comes to a favorite spot to vacation, it has to be the island of Kauai in Hawaii. Marion enjoys spending time on long drives with Avis, spending time with family, reading, and working in the yard.

She graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business (Strategic Management) and a minor in Art.

Stephanie enjoys crafting with her young daughters, reading, and catching up on movies. Her favorite vacation spots are Disneyland, Legoland, and anywhere along the coast. Her favorite restaurant is any place that has fresh crab cakes, warm sourdough, and a beautiful view.

One of her favorite verses is Hebrews 13:2, "Be not forgetful to entertain strangers; for thereby some have entertained angels unawares."  A quote she tries to always keep in mind is: "Our life is a gift from God. What we do with that life is our gift to Him."

Kim Graham

Children's Ministry Director / Admin Assistant

In February 2018, Kim joined the staff as Children’s Ministry Director. She was born and raised in Escalon and left for college shortly after high school. Kim attended California State University, Chico, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with an emphasis on Career and Life Planning.

After graduating college, Kim’s career took her to New Zealand for over ten years where she met her husband, Clark. They now live in Escalon with their two children.

Kim loves traveling and has been blessed to visit many beautiful places around the world, but her deepest joy comes from simple pleasures; long family walks, chatting with a friend over coffee, or sharing a delicious meal with her husband.

One of the verses that has been a great encouragement to Kim is:  Psalm 139:13-14, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

Lynette DeSa

Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our facilities, Lynette quietly serves during the times when the building sits empty and it's just she and the Lord.  A "local girl", Lynette graduated from Escalon High and attend Delta Junior College.  When she isn't keeping everything spotless in the facility, she enjoys the great outdoors: camping, hiking, and yard work with her family.  It is also from family she gets her favorite quote.  From her dad: "I'll be on you like a duck on a june bug" (used when someone does something he doesn't like).

Lynette's favorite verse is Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you?  Be strong and courageous.  Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Her favorite restaurant is "pretty much...any restaurant that has fried food and Ranch dressing."
